Title: Account Manager

Location: San Antonio, Texas / Raleigh, North Carolina

Job Description :

Chat Agents, Account Managers work proactively and collaboratively with our Business Development, Strategy and Project Management teams to deliver long-term strategic value and dedicated account service to our clients. As a daily partner to our clients, Account Managers ensure quality and error-free client preparation, research and digital solutions that drive results for clients and revenue for Chat Agents.

With a deep understanding of our clients' marketing goals and Chat Agents's live chat solutions, they are brand advocates and experts at identifying exciting new growth opportunities. For the foreseeable future, this is a full-time remote position as the company is currently 100% work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Help manage a portfolio of clients to ensure we have account plans, roadmaps, and a healthy pipeline
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, develop ideas, and effectively communicate client requirements
  • Actively participate in client presentations
  • Build brand expertise, create and maintain best practices for specific clients
  • Conducting pre and post sales research and creating presentations
  • Prepare reports and analysis in collaboration with supporting team members
  • Attends and/or leads internal meetings and client meetings for BD /AD as needed
  • Supports our sales professional with revenue generating activities: prospecting, scoping, documentation etc.
  • Manage internal administrative systems
  • Understanding and participating in Chat Agents workstream structure.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide clients with relevant insights on industry trends & best practices
  • Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience
  • Account Coordinator role, marketing, media planning, manufacturing, client or sales
  • Strong problem solving, negotiation and risk management skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • A collaborative 'one-team' approach that allows client and agency partners to work cohesively
  • General familiarity with the current client-centric landscape to best leverage the capabilities of our services
  • Excellent writing, grammar and proofreading skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

    Chat agents communicate with customers via live chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and troubleshoot problems. Because they work on the front lines of customer service, it's important that chat agents feel comfortable communicating directly with customers. Chat agents can work remotely or in a regular office environment and typically need to have customer service experience.
